Definition
         Simple Present Perfect is expresses an activity that occured at an unspecified time in the past.
         Simple Past is expresses an activity that occured at spesipic time in the past.

Function
A. Present Perfect Tense
         For something that started in the past and continous in the present.
She has lived in Liverpool all her life.
         For something we have done several times in the past and continue to do.
I have watched that Tv show every week
         To give new information a recent happening
Ow! I’ve cut my finger
